Awareness raising actions on students' and parents' mental well being, food collection to help needy families, non-formal education activities with parents, students and employees have been a constant mission of our organization.
At the national level, the association has a large project underway that brings together non-formal education, as well as the arts, in an attempt to enable the inmates of Sintra prison to participate in the construction of a performance invented by them and that they can present not only to the prison community but also in spaces of the municipality.
In these times of pandemic, the association has been sought to try to fill in existing gaps, which the official entities are failing to address.
We continue to work on a daily basis, not only to carry out the activities, but also to establish more partnerships with public and private entities to enable more effective intervention and to provide our associates with the sharing of good practices from partners who have been in the field for much longer.
In short, the main objective of the creation of the association was to be able to be in some way a complement in the intervention in the front line of this constant "battle" that is to help those who need it most."
